At Toledo Trading Company, we believe in total pricing transparency. Below are our 2026 standard delivery rates for box truck and skid service across Toronto and Southern Ontario. All rates cover 1–3 skids at base. A 16.5% Fuel Surcharge (FSC) applies to all freight charges and is reviewed quarterly. Base Rates by Zone (1–3 Skids Included)

Additional Service Charges

Fuel Surcharge (FSC) — 16.5% of base freight (Q1 2026) Liftgate / Tailgate — $7.50 per skid (required at addresses without dock) Inside Delivery — $15.00 per skid Residential Delivery — $35.00 per stop Appointment / Timed Window — $25.00 per stop Waiting Time — 30 min free, then $30 per 15 min Empty Skid Return — $4.00 (stackable) / $6.00 (single) Extra KM Beyond Zone Band — $2.25 per km Saturday / After-Hours — $65.00 per delivery Refused / Re-delivery — $75.00 per attempt
